Have fun and enjoy the game. You may want to win a prize but this game is intended as a form of entertainment. We want you to think about the competition every time you see the Carling Cup football action. 2) Entries must be postmarked or received by email no later than 10am 24.10.05. 3) This game is free to play. Entrants will need to include a valid email address to enjoy the full interactive portion of the challenge(See bonus questions) 4) Ownership and copyright of game design, scoring systems, world-wide variations belong to Fantasy Factory Limited and are provided by agreement to the game sponsors. 5) The winners of 1st, 2nd and subsequent prizes will be the entrants gaining the most points. (According to the scoring system). 6) Winners of all prizes will receive notification in writing, either by post or e-mail. Notification of winners will be achieved within 6 weeks of the competition end. 7) A full list of prize winners will be available on www.fantasyfactory.co.uk Entrants can check their own scores by logging in to their own control panels. 8) Winners may be required to have a short publicity session. 9) Only one entry per person. 10) All sections of the entry form must be completed. Entrants are advised to keep a copy of their predictions close to the TV, so that it entertains fully. 11) Prizes and winners will be adjudicated by Fantasy Factory Limited and are final. No correspondence will be entered in to. 12) Before the closing date, each entrant must fill in the entry form in an attempt to correctly predict the outcome of the events. Each entrant starts with 0 points Entrants earn points game by game as per the scoring system The entrant with the greatest grand total will win the 1st prize; It is not neccesary to gain 100% correct solution to win the 1st prize. 13) Bonus points will be awarded from time to time. Bonus questions will be posed by email. It is not neccessary to answer the bonus questions to gain enough points to win the prize/s. Email is generated and sent by FF and is delivered by entrant's mail servers. FF cannot accept responsibility for missing mail nor emails blocked by entrant's mail servers. 14) By entering the game, entrants accept all competition rules. Entrants confirm that the laws of their country allow them to enter games of this nature. 15) The organiser accepts no liability if answers are incorrectly entered onto the database. Entries cannot be changed, once entered onto the database. 16) Entrants must initially fill in all predictions. Each team should appear once in the final entry. 17) No employee or relation to an employee of Fantasy Factory Ltd or any person/company involved in data manipulation will be permitted to win prizes. Entries for restricted personnel will be accepted and administered on a "fun only" basis. 18) The organisers shall, at all times, have full discretion in the event of circumstances outside the control of the organiser, as to the running or suspension, variation or discontinuance of the competition. 19) The organisers retain the right to keep a database record of all entries and details thereon. In accordance to the Data Protection act we inform all entrants that some personal details are held on a database. Removal from the database is immediate, upon request. The process for removal, requires entrants to log in, remove ticks and their email address. 20) The organisers retain the right to disregard or disqualify any entry they desire. 20) This Carling Cup Game is promoted by Fantasy Factory Limited and Sporting Idols |
