2005 Six NationsChallenge for DEC

1) The biggest rule of all. Have fun and enjoy the game.
You may want to win the prize but this game is intended as a form of entertainment. We want you to think about the competition every time you see the rugby action on TV.

2) Entries must be postmarked or received by email no later than 11am (GMT) 5.02.05.

3) There is a £5 sterling admin.charge for playing this game
FF will donate 100% of fully paid entry fees for this challenge to the Disasters Emergency Committee.
This is possible because the prizes have been donated and the FF staff are donating their time and wages to cover the costs

4) Ownership and copyright of game design, scoring systems, world-wide variations belong to Fantasy Factory Limited.

The winner of 1st prize will be the entrant gaining the most points. (According to the scoring system).

6) Winners of all prizes will receive notification in writing, either by post or e-mail. Notification of winners will be achieved within 6 weeks of the competition end.

7) Full list of winners will be available by sending a stamp addressed envelope to the address above or on updates page at www.fantasyfactory.co.uk. These results will be also be available for 6 months post tournament.

8) Winners may be required to have a short publicity session.

9) All fully paid entries will be considered for all prizes. Each entry should have an email address, to receive updated scores/newsletters/bonus questions.

10) Prizes and winners will be adjudicated by Fantasy Factory Limited and are final. No correspondence will be entered in to.

11) Before closing date, each entrant must fill in the entry form in an attempt to correctly predict the outcome of questions posed.

Each entrant scores points according the scoring system

12) Bonus points will be awarded from time to time.
Bonus questions will be posed by email.
It is not neccessary to answer the bonus questions to gain enough points to win the prize/s.
Email is generated and sent by FF and is delivered by entrant's mail servers. FF cannot accept responsibility for missing mail nor emails blocked by entrant's mail servers.

During the Championships:
FF will email bonus questions to all players.
FF compare the actual result with your prediction.
Every time that one of your bonus predictions is correct (the answer exactly matches the actual result of the question posed), you collect the points awarded for that bonus question.
Once entered on the database predictions cannot be amended.

13) The winner of the 1st prize is the entrant who gains the most points, it is not necessary to get a 100% correct solution.

14)By entering the game, entrants accept all competition rules. Entrants confirm that the laws of their country allow them to enter games of this nature.

15) All answers must be legible and the organiser accepts no liability if answers are incorrectly entered on to a database. If any entry is illegible or if any character or number is capable of dual interpretation, that selection will be disregarded, with the remaining selections still being considered for the competition.

16) Entrants must initially fill in all predictions for all sections . Each team cannot be repeated. Each team must have a unique position.

17) No employee or relation to an employee of Fantasy Factory Ltd or any person/company involved in data manipulation will be permitted to win the prize. Entries for restricted personnel will be accepted and administered on a "fun only" basis.

18) The organisers shall, at all times, have full discretion in the event of circumstances outside the control of the organiser, as to the running or suspension, variation or discontinuance of the competition.

19) The organisers retain the right to keep a database record of all entries and details thereon. In accordance to the Data Protection act we inform all entrants that some personal details are held on a database. Removal from the database is immediate, upon request. The process for removal, requires entrants to log in, remove ticks and their email address.

20) The organisers retain the right to use the information as they see fit. FF do not pass personal information to 3rd parties

21) The organisers retain the right to disregard or disqualify any entry they desire.

22) The 6 Nations 2005 game is promoted by Fantasy Factory Limited, on behalf of our site sponsors.
