Wimbledon Open Tennis Game Rules
Organisers - Fantasy Factory Ltd,

c/o P.O.Box 22800, London, NW9 5WZ

1) The biggest rule of all. Have fun and enjoy the game.
We'd like you to think about the competition every time you see the tennis action on TV.

2) Entries must be logged onto the database no later than noon (BST) on 23.06.03.

3) This game is pay to play. Entry fee is £5 (sterling). 50% of the fees will be donated to Land Aid (Charity number: 295157). Entries without a fee will be removed from the database and will not be eligible for prizes

4) Ownership and copyright of game design, scoring systems, world-wide variations belong to Fantasy Factory Limited and are provided by agreement to the game sponsors.

5) If any of the 20 chosen players on the FF list withdraw before the beginning of the tournament they will nominally score 0 points, whilst later retirees during the Championship will score points as per their current scores.

6) Entrants may play more than once.
Each entry should have a valid email address, in order to enjoy the interactive portion of the game.

7) Winners of all prizes will receive notification by e-mail. Notification of winners will be achieved within 6 weeks.

Entrants can check their own scores by logging in to their own control panels.

8) Winners may be required to have a short publicity session.

9) The winners of the first and subsequent prizes, will be the entrants whose total scores are greatest (According to the FF scoring system).
It is not necessary to get the original challenge 100% correct.
Entrants are not required to answer the bonus questions to gain the highest scores

10) All sections of the entry form must be completed. Entrants are advised to keep a copy of their predictions close to the TV!

11) Prizes and winners will be adjudicated by Fantasy Factory Limited and are final. No correspondence will be entered in to.

12) Before the closing date, each entrant must fill in the entry form in an attempt to correctly predict the outcome of the events.

Each entrant starts with 0 points

Entrants earn points game by game as per the scoring system
Points will be awarded following each day's play.
The entrant with the greatest grand total will win the game.

13a) Bonus points will be awarded from time to time.
Bonus questions will be posed by email.
It is not necessary to answer the bonus questions to gain enough points to win the prize/s.

13b) A tiebreak question will be posed, by email, to separate winners of the 1st and subsequent prizes, if required. All entrants will be invited to play, with only the players involved in a tie for prizes, actually counting.

14) By entering the game, entrants accept all competition rules.
Entrants confirm that the laws of their country allow them to enter games of this nature.

15) The organiser accepts no liability if answers are incorrectly entered onto the database. Entries cannot be changed, once entered onto the database.

16) Entrants must initially fill in all predictions. Each player should appear once in the final entry.

17) No employee or relation to an employee of Fantasy Factory Ltd or any person/company involved in data manipulation will be permitted to win prizes. Entries for restricted personnel will be accepted and administered on a "fun only" basis.

18) The organisers shall, at all times, have full discretion in the event of circumstances outside the control of the organiser, as to the running or suspension, variation or discontinuance of the competition.

19) The organisers retain the right to keep a database record of all entries and details thereon. In accordance to the Data Protection act we inform all entrants that some personal details are held on a database. Removal from the database is immediate, upon request. The process for removal requires entrants to log in, remove ticks and their email address.

20) Game sponsors will be given restricted information about entrants.

21) The organisers retain the right to disregard or disqualify any entry they desire.

22) The Wimbledon Open Tennis game is promoted by Fantasy Factory Limited, on behalf of the game sponsors.
