2003 Golf Challenge

Golf Game Rules
Organisers - Fantasy Factory Ltd,

1) The biggest rule of all. Have fun and enjoy the game.
You may want to win the big prize but this game is intended as a form of entertainment. We want you to think about the competition every time you see the golf action on TV.

2) Entries must be received by direct entry to the database no later than tee off on 14.04.03

3) There is no charge for playing this game

4) Ownership and copyright of game design, scoring systems, world-wide variations belong to Fantasy Factory Limited.

5) The winners of 1st, 2nd and subsequent prizes will be the entrants gaining the most points.
(According to the scoring system).

6) Winners of all prizes will receive notification in writing, either by post or e-mail.
Notification of winners will be achieved within 6 weeks of the competition end.

7) A full list of winners will be available on site, in this game section.
Entrants can view their own predictions, see their own score/position by viewing updates in their personalised section.

8) Winners may be required to have a short publicity session.

9) Each entry with a valid email address will be considered for the prize. Each entry should have an email address, to receive bonus questions and updated game scores/newsletters. Self removal from the system can be achieved by removing your email address and all ticks within the registration form.

Self removal is viewed as a desire to stop playing the interactive portion of the game.

10) Prizes and winners will be adjudicated by Fantasy Factory Limited and are final.
No correspondence will be entered into.

11) Before closing date, each entrant must fill in the entry form in an attempt to correctly predict the outcome of the conundrum.

Entrants must fill in the entry form in an attempt to score most points according the the scoring system

For the purposes of the game :
 If the organisers officially change the score gained by any golfer, then so will the FF game scoring.

12) Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. FF take no responsibility for entries that are lost by the database or misrecorded

13) The winner of the 1st prize is the entrant who gains the most points, it is not necessary to get a 100% correct solution.

14) By entering the game, entrants accept all competition rules.
Entrants confirm that the laws of their country allow them to enter games of this nature.

15) The organiser accepts no liability if answers are incorrectly accepted by the database.

16) Entrants must initially fill in all predictions for all sections. Each golfer cannot be repeated. Each golfer must have a position. Entries cannot be amended, once accepted by the database

17) No employee or relation to an employee of Fantasy Factory Ltd or any person/company involved in data manipulation will be permitted to win prizes. Entries for restricted personnel will be accepted and administered on a "fun only" basis.

18) The organisers shall, at all times, have full discretion in the event of circumstances outside the control of the organiser, as to the running or suspension, variation or discontinuance of the competition.

19) The organisers retain the right to keep a database record of all entries and details thereon. In accordance to the Data Protection act we inform all entrants that some personal details are held on a database. Removal from the database is immediate, upon request. The Fantasy Factory's update service does send emails on a weekly/monthly basis to keep all entrants in touch with the leaderboard. The organisers may pose Bonus question/s or tiebreaks via email.

20) The organisers abide by the Data protection act, using the personal information for game purposes only. If an entrant opts to allow FF to disclose information to the game sponsors, then that email address and name may be passed on to the site sponsors. Your personal details will not be sold to unrelated 3rd parties.

21) The organisers retain the right to disregard or disqualify any entry they desire, including entries received that include profanity or are unacceptable for other reasons.

22) Thus FF Golf challenge is promoted by Fantasy Factory Limited.
