How can I find out my own score?
Log back into your control panel. If you are looking for your score in a current game, click that game. If you are looking for your score in an event that has finished, visit the historical section on the top right navigation

Why do some of the FF pages look like they are part of another site?
In fact it is the other way round. FF are powering the games for other sites and have worked out an option so that FF visitors can play for the big prizes offered by our clients.

Why are some games pay-to-play whilst others are free?
The big prize challenges generally are pay-to-play, because FF want to use our uniqueness to raise awareness and funds for worthy causes.

Unwanted email
FF only mail people who have signed up to the FF database.
Mail options include monthly or weekly mail
The challenges require interactive mail.
Entrants can self remove email addresses from the FF database
a) Log into your personal control panel by using the log in details provided with each email.
b) Click change my account details.
c) Remove ticks and/or email address to preference.

How do I find the bonus questions?
If you have provided a valid email address, the bonus questions will appear in your in-box about 24 hours before your prediction is needed.

Are bonus questions viewable on-site?
No. For security reasons, all bonus questions will be posed by email.

Why do you use Secure Trading to collect payment details?
A major banking institution recommended the Secure Trading site to us. They guarantee the security for your credit card details, and offer us a service that means we can concentrate on entertainment.

What is your current policy regarding spam emailing?

FF strictly adhere to the Data Protection act.
We do not sell information.
If entrants play a game sponsored by a 3rd party, we do pass on brief details, such as name and email address. If you would prefer FF not to pass details to our site sponsors, we would ask you to check the relevant box in your personal details.

How many accountants does it take to screw in a light bulb?
Please stop asking silly questions. The FF site is here to entertain our visitors with games, not jokes.

How do I form a team?
Mini-leagues can be set up whenever you enter a game. You will be prompted to name the team & allocate a unique password for team members. Simply invite your friends or colleagues to play by emailing them the team name and password.

Can I play as part of 2 teams?
Yes and no.
If you make 2 separate entries into the same game, you will be able to play twice and thus play as part of 2 teams.
Since each entrant can only play each free game only once, you will only be able to play as part of one team.

Why does the FF gamesmaster name appear in the top 10?
The web site founders are lovers of games. We have refined them so that they are enormously good fun. We can't help ourselves. We just have to see whether we can play our games better than you.
Please note that entries made by the FF gamesmaster, site intimates or anyone with access to the data manipulation are not permitted to win the prizes.

Why do some people have odd names?
There is a space on the personal details page in your control panel, which allows entrants to play under a nickname. This is intended for privacy and fun.
FF will disregard entries where profanity has been created by any entrant.

I live in XYZ. Am I allowed to play and win?

Yes, from a FF point of view. We offer a product intended to entertain entrants throughout the world who share a love of the event covered in the competition, want to win prizes and have fun.
But beware
This is a grey area on the net. Some countries will view the FF gaming product as gambling. If you are unsure, you should confirm that you are allowed to play.

I am 16. Can I play
Yes, so long as your parent/guardian allow you to use the payment system.
There are some prizes that FF offers that are intended for people aged 18+. If you win, you will have to have permission to accept the prize

Do you offer audible alternative competitions for those who are visually impaired?
Not yet. With your help and support in play-to-play games, FF would like to upgrade the whole site so that all visitors can enjoy it.

Why haven't my scores been updated?
a) It is probably Christmas day.
b) Normally games are updated within 48 hours of the action but in some instances full event details have not been published and we'd prefer to accurately update scores rather than have to amend details later.
c) You are viewing a cached page, try refreshing your browser.
