Questions relating to a specific game

How do I play?
Send the word “FF(space)relevantnumber play” to 60444. You should receive your first question within 5 minutes.

How do I stop playing?
Send the word “FFrelevantnumber” followed by a space and then the word “stop” to 60444 to stop playing this game and receive no more questions or marketing messages.

What will it cost to play?
Game play costs vary from game to game and will be charged to you upon entry to the game. The entry fee will take the form of one clearly described reversed-billed SMS, which you will receive in response to request to play. This entry fee will be collected via your mobile phone account.

If you stop playing for any reason, the game entry fee will not be refunded.

In addition to the game entry fee, you are also responsible for the charges your network provider makes for sending normal text messages, which will normally be between 8p and 15p per message, dependant on your agreement with them.

I don’t want to receive any marketing messages (including information about other games).
How do I ensure this?

To opt out from receiving marketing messages, send the word “FFgamenumber” followed by a space and then the word “optout” to 60444.

What do I need to play?
All you need to join in this game is a mobile phone, registered with a current, active account, on a valid UK network, capable of sending and receiving text message (also know as SMS). Valid UK networks include O2, Orange, T-Mobile, Tesco Net, Three, Virgin, Vodafone.

What should I do?


You will need to contact us via email at support@ffm.eu.com and explain the situation, so that we change the phone number associated with a game account.

What should I do?


If your phone number has not changed, then you need do nothing – you can continue to play as usual. If you’ve also changed your phone number, you will need to contact us via email at support@ffm.eu.com and explain the situation, so that we change the phone number associated with a game account.

I’ve lost or damaged my phone or had it stolen or mid-way through a game.
What should I do?


Don’t worry! Your game account details are safe. If you’ve lost your phone or had it stolen, make sure you have spoken with your mobile network provider to cancel the phone & sim card you’ve lost in the first instance. In the case of a stolen phone, you may also need to report it to the police for a crime reference number.

Once you have a replacement phone, provided it has the same phone number, you can continue to play as usual. If you’ve also changed your phone number, you will need to contact us via email at support@ffm.eu.com and explain the situation, so that we change the phone number associated with a game account.

Game play questions

How do I find out who is leading or has won a game?
To find out the status of any game, send the game code followed by a space and then the word “status”, e.g. “keyword status”. This will return the game name, the game status (whether the game is still active & open to new players) and a list of the top 3 players, with a link to a complete list.

How do I find out how I’m doing in a game?
To find out how you’re doing in a game, send the game code followed by a space and then the word “me”, e.g. “keyword me”. This will send a report on your current progress and position within the game in question.

Problems

I can’t read an MMS (picture message) I’ve received.
What should I do?
Normally you will need to speak with your mobile network provider for assistance.

I’ve sent in an answer but received no response.
What should I do?
Email us at support@ffm.eu.com including your mobile number and we will do our best to assist.
